Niobium Titanium (NbTi) Sputtering Target Description:

Niobium Titanium (NbTi) sputtering targets are high-performance binary alloy materials widely used for depositing high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and superconducting thin films in advanced electronic, aerospace, and industrial applications. With excellent thermal stability, good ductility, strong adhesion, low internal stress, and uniform film formation, NbTi binary alloys are ideal for high-durability functional coatings and special functional thin films.
Common ratio:
NbTi 30/70, 40/60, 50/50, 60/40, 70/30, 80/20 (wt% or at%) —— among them, NbTi 46.5/53.5 (Nb-46.5%Ti) is the most widely used ratio, which is a classic superconducting alloy ratio, widely applied in superconducting thin film, aerospace and electronic sputtering applications; NbTi 50/50 and NbTi 60/40 are also common specifications with balanced mechanical and thermal properties.
