Niobium Chromium (NbCr) Sputtering Target Description:
Niobium Chromium (NbCr) sputtering targets are high-performance binary alloy materials widely used for depositing high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant thin films in advanced electronic, aerospace, and industrial applications. With excellent thermal stability, high hardness, strong adhesion, low internal stress, and uniform film formation, NbCr binary alloys are ideal for high-durability functional coatings and barrier layers in harsh working environments.
Common ratio:
NbCr 10/90, 20/80, 30/70, 40/60, 50/50, 70/30, 80/20, 90/10 (wt% or at%) —— among them, NbCr 20/80 and NbCr 30/70 are the most widely used ratios, with balanced corrosion resistance and thermal stability, widely applied in high-temperature protective coatings and electronic barrier layers; NbCr 50/50 is commonly used in aerospace and precision machinery sputtering applications due to its excellent wear resistance.
