Nickel Copper (NiCu) Sputtering Target Description:
Nickel-copper sputtering target classification:
99.9% (3N): General industrial coating, decorative coating
99.95% (3N5): High-end industrial applications, some optical coatings
99.99% (4N): Semiconductor chips, precision electronics, high-end optical devices
Nickel-copper sputtering target classification:
Low-nickel type: Ni-10Cu, Ni-20Cu wt% Properties closer to copper, excellent conductivity
Medium-nickel type: Ni-30Cu wt% Balanced overall performance
High-nickel type: Ni-56Cu, Ni-70Cu, Ni-80Cu wt% Enhanced corrosion resistance, with a pure white, silvery-white color (silver-white when nickel content > 16%).
Target Shape Classification:
* NiCu Planar Target: Rectangular or circular, maximum size ≤ 2000mm length, ≤ 200mm width
